§ 12201.5

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12200, the amount applicable under that section to a disabled minor residing in a nonmedical out-of-home facility with a nonrelative guardian shall be the amount specified in subdivision
(g)of that section, as adjusted for cost of living pursuant to Section 12201, except as provided in subdivision
(d)of Section 12201.
