§ 11450.01

(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, commencing October 1, 1992, the maximum aid payments specified in paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(a)of Section 11450 in effect on July 1, 1992, shall be reduced by 4.5 percent.
(1)The department shall seek the approval from the United States Department of Health and Human Services that is necessary to reduce the maximum aid payments specified in subdivision
(a)by an additional amount equal to 1.3 percent of the maximum aid payments specified in paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(a)of Section 11450 in effect on July 1, 1992.
(2)The reduction provided by this subdivision shall be made on the first day of the month following 30 days after the date of approval by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
