Child care during the third stage may be funded with moneys dedicated to current and former recipients of aid under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3, or any successor program, including the federal funds appropriated to alternative payment program contractors in the 1996–97 fiscal year using the Budget Act’s Section 28 process as described in subdivision (b). Nothing shall prevent child care services provided under stage three from being funded with moneys from other federal or state sources.
Nothing in this chapter shall preclude current and former recipients of aid under Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3, or any successor program, from receiving child care services pursuant to other provisions of this chapter.
