The notice shall state all of the following:
(a)The filing of the petition.
(b)The names of the petitioners.
(c)A description of the land mentioned in the petition.
(d)The prayer of the petition.
(e)That all interested persons may appear at the office of the board at a time named in the notice and show cause in writing why the change of the boundaries of the district, as proposed in the petition, should not be made.
