(a)The amendments made to subdivision
(k)of Section 13385 of the Water Code by Senate Bill 1733 of the 2005–06 Regular Session shall become operative on July 1, 2007.
(b)This section shall only become operative if Senate Bill 1733 of the 2005–06 Regular Session is enacted and becomes operative.
