It is further the intent of the Legislature that the reductions and transfers described in Sections 11913, 12303, and 12929.12 shall continue until the obligation of the State Water Resources Development System to reimburse the California Water Fund pursuant to paragraph
(3)of subdivision
(b)of Section 12937 is satisfied.
