The fee for a temporary permit issued under subdivision
(b)of Section 9102.5 is one-tenth of the annual fees in Division 3 (commencing with Section 4000) of this code and Part 5 (commencing with Section 10701) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, for each calendar month that the vehicle is to be operated in this state. There shall be no proration of fees for any fraction of a calendar month.
