(a)A violation of subdivision
(e)of Section 34501, subdivision
(b)or
(d)of Section 34501.12, or subdivision
(c)of Section 34501.14, relating to applications for inspections, is a misdemeanor and not an infraction.
(b)A violation of Division 14.85 (commencing with Section 34600), relating to motor carriers of property, is a misdemeanor and not an infraction.
(c)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2016.
