Until January 1, 2013, the fee authorized in subdivision
(d)of Section 11205.2, and after January 1, 2013, the fee authorized in subdivision
(c)of Section 11205.2, shall be applicable only in those instances where a traffic violator has agreed to attend or has been ordered to attend a traffic violator school pursuant to Section 41501 or 42005.
