“Additional transportation facilities” means all facilities for the transportation of passengers and property connected or coordinated with or to be connected or coordinated with the transportation facilities of any toll bridge, tube or other toll highway crossing constructed or acquired, or to be constructed or acquired, or in the course of construction or acquisition pursuant to this chapter so as to provide a system of transportation for persons or property to and from that toll bridge or other toll highway crossing and the area within 50 miles from either end of that toll bridge or other toll highway crossing.
“Additional transportation facilities” includes all of the personal and real properties, easements, rights of way, franchises, rights, and privileges which are included in “transportation facilities,” without limitation to the use thereof for the transportation of passengers and property to and over any toll bridge or other toll highway crossing, to the extent that the use thereof in connection or coordination with the transportation facilities of any toll bridge or other toll highway crossing provides a system of transportation for persons or property to and from that toll bridge or other highway crossing and the area within 50 miles from either end of that toll bridge or other toll highway crossing.
