The Trade Corridor Enhancement Account is hereby created in the State Transportation Fund to receive funds from subdivision
(b)of Section 60050 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, as adjusted. Funds in the account shall be available for expenditure upon appropriation by the Legislature for corridor-based freight projects nominated by local agencies and the state.
