Pursuant to the requirements of paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(b)of Section 1 of Article XIX B of the California Constitution, moneys in the Transportation Investment Fund derived from the 2005-06, 2006-07, and 2007-08 fiscal year transfers from the General Fund made pursuant to subdivision
(a)and paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(b)of Section 1 of Article XIX B of the California Constitution are hereby continuously appropriated without regard to fiscal years for disbursement in the manner and for the purposes set forth in Section 7104 as that section read on March 6, 2002.
