Revenues transferred to the Public Transportation Account pursuant to subdivision
(a)of Section 11053 of the Revenue and Taxation Code for the Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (Part 2 (commencing with Section 75220) of Division 44 of the Public Resources Code) shall be available for appropriation to that program pursuant to the annual Budget Act.
