(a)The Public Utilities Commission shall publish any data it collects for its clearinghouse minority and women business data base that it deems to be nonconfidential, including, but not limited to, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, point of contact, federal Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC)code, ethnicity code, gender code, and business description, for use by governmental agencies and the public who request the information. Publication of the data base shall be done on a semiannual basis and shall be made available in hardcopy and softcopy (computer disk). The data base shall also be made available electronically via a computer-accessed bulletin board service (BBS).
(b)The commission may impose fees on the requesters of information commensurate with its cost to publish, duplicate, or provide computer access to the data base.
