Every electrical and gas corporation submitting an application to the commission for a certificate authorizing the new construction of an electric plant, line, or extension, or gas plant, line, or extension, which is subject to the provisions of Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 25500) of Division 15 of the Public Resources Code, shall include in the application the information specified in subdivisions (b), (c), and
(e)of Section 1003, in addition to any other required information. The corporation may also include in the application any other information specified in Section 1003.
