If some or all of the funds allocated pursuant to subparagraph
(E)of paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(b)of Section 5907 are not expended by the Department of Parks and Recreation by July 1, 1993, the remaining funds shall be allocated to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy for the purposes of that subparagraph. The Legislature may at any time allocate all or a portion of these funds to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy for the purposes for which the funds were originally allocated.
