§ 5099.10

The director shall propose rules and regulations which establish standards governing the disbursement of funds received by him pursuant to this chapter. The director shall hold a public hearing on such proposed rules and regulations, before March 1, 1968, in the following locations:
(1)Redding or Red Bluff;
(2)Sacramento;
(3)Los Angeles; and
(4)San Diego. After March 1, 1968, the director may hold hearings as he deems necessary on revisions of the rules and regulations as originally adopted pursuant to this section, and he shall hold hearings on such proposed revisions upon request. Rules and regulations which have been adopted or revised pursuant to this section shall be published in the California Administrative Code.
