§ 5080.29

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including subdivision
(a)of Section 5080.18, the department may enter into concession contracts for the development, operation, and maintenance of marinas, for a term of up to 30 years, if the director determines that the term authorized under this section is necessary to allow for amortization of the loan, or to serve the best interests of the state.
