(a)All revenues received by the board shall be deposited in the specified account in the fund. Any revenue received by the board for which no account is specified shall be deposited in the Integrated Waste Management Account created by Section 48001 in the fund. The board may establish or modify other subaccounts in the account, as appropriate and necessary for proper administration.
(b)Any funds remaining in the Solid Waste Disposal Site Cleanup and Maintenance Account in the Integrated Waste Management Fund shall be transferred to the Integrated Waste Management Account in the Integrated Waste Management Fund, consistent with Section 16346 of the Government Code.
(c)Any expenditures charged to the Solid Waste Disposal Site Cleanup and Maintenance Account in the fund shall be transferred to the Integrated Waste Management Account.
