A district may use the Improvement Act of 1911 (commencing with Section 5000 of the Streets and Highways Code) or the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 (commencing with Section 10000 of the Streets and Highways Code) or the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (commencing with Section 8500 of the Streets and Highways Code) to pay the costs of an improvement pursuant to this division.
