§ 26017

The authority, no later than March 31 of each year, shall submit to the Legislature a report of its activities for the preceding calendar year ending December 31. Such report shall include
(a)a listing of the applications received,
(b)a listing of the applications accepted for financing,
(c)a specification of bonds sold, interest rates thereon, and whether bond sales were pursuant to public bid or were negotiated,
(d)a specification of the amount of bonds authorized but currently unsold,
(e)a projection of the authority’s needs and requirements for the coming year, and
(f)a report of revenues and expenditures for the preceding fiscal year.
