Subdivision
(a)of Section 31615 shall not apply to the sale, delivery, or transfer of a handgun to a person licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive, where the licensee is receiving the handgun in the course and scope of the licensee’s activities as a person licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive.
