The notice sent to the chief of police and county sheriff pursuant to Section 11155 shall include an actual glossy photograph no smaller than 3 1 8 x 3 1 8 inches in size, in conjunction with the Department of Justice, fingerprints of each inmate in the reentry or work furlough program.
