§ 502.4

(a)The Adjutant General may order officers, warrant officers, and noncommissioned officers in the California Cadet Corps to state active duty at encampments, exercises, or other activities conducted by the corps.
(b)While on state active duty, an officer, warrant officer, and noncommissioned officer shall receive the same base pay, without longevity, as a member of similar grade in the United States Army together with their expenses.
(c)Pay and expenses for these purposes shall be paid from funds appropriated for the maintenance and support of the California Cadet Corps.
(d)When on state active duty in support of the California Cadet Corps, personnel are under the direction and control of the Commander of the California Cadet Corps.
