Every employer using carcinogens shall provide for medical examinations of affected employees where required by standards adopted pursuant to subdivision
(c)of Section 142.3. The standards board shall continue to require medical examinations in at least as effective a manner as provided in Sections 5208, 5209, and 5210 of Title 8 of the California Administrative Code on January 1, 1986.
