A licensed certifier who fraudulently certifies that a crane is in compliance with the criteria established by the division under subdivision
(a)of Section 7375 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both.
