Notwithstanding any other provision of law, children excluded from coverage under Title XXI of the Social Security Act are not eligible for coverage under the program, except as specified in clause
(ii)of subparagraph
(A)of paragraph
(6)of subdivision
(a)of Section 12693.70 and Section 12693.76.
