The definitions contained in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 50050) of Part 1 shall apply to this chapter, except as follows:
(a)“Assisted housing development” has the same meaning as in paragraph
(3)of subdivision
(a)of Section 65863.10 of the Government Code.
(b)“Fund” means the Preservation Opportunity Fund created by Section 50601.
