Within its area of operation and with reference to farm labor centers, a housing authority shall comply with the provisions of Sections 34331, 34332, and 34333. The covenant required by subdivision
(a)of Section 34332 shall incorporate the regulations adopted pursuant to Section 36071, rather than the State Housing Law, Part 1.5 (commencing with Section 17910) of Division 13, and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, if the lease is made subsequent to the effective date of the regulations adopted pursuant to Section 36071.
