Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as infringing on the right of any agency to obtain from the administering agency for a site the information that may be necessary for the agency to carry out its responsibilities under this chapter, including, but not limited to, its responsibilities under Section 25263, subdivisions (a),
(c)and
(d)of Section 25264, and Section 25265.
