(a)Any person generating or managing a RCRA hazardous waste shall comply with subsection
(a)of Section 3010 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6930(a)).
(b)Any person generating or managing a non-RCRA hazardous waste shall comply with any notification requirements for non-RCRA hazardous waste which the department adopts by regulation.
