It is the intent of the Legislature that funds to carry out the provisions of this chapter in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) be provided as follows:
(a)The sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) from the June 1990 Higher Education Capital Outlay Bond Fund pursuant to Chapter 14.4 (commencing with Section 67345) of Part 40 of the Education Code, known as the Higher Education Bond Act of June 1990.
(b)The sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) from the Earthquake Safety and Public Buildings Rehabilitation Fund of 1990 pursuant to Chapter 12.47 (commencing with Section 8878.50) of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code, known as the Earthquake Safety and Public Buildings Rehabilitation Bond Act of 1990.
