Actions taken pursuant to Title 8 (commencing with Section 7500) of Part 3 of the Penal Code shall not be subject to subdivisions
(a)to (c), inclusive, of Section 120980. In addition, the requirements of subdivision
(a)of Section 120990 shall not apply to testing performed pursuant to that title.
