“Industrial hygienist” means a person who has met the educational requirements of an industrial hygiene certification organization, as defined in subdivision
(c)of Section 20700 of the Business and Professions Code, and who has had at least one year in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene, as defined in subdivision
(a)of Section 20700 of the Business and Professions Code.
