For the purpose of this article the term “garbage” includes any or all of the following:
(a)Garbage.
(b)Swill.
(c)Refuse.
(d)Cans.
(e)Bottles.
(f)Paper.
(g)Vegetable matter.
(h)Carcass of any dead animal.
(i)Offal from any slaughter pen or butcher shop.
(j)Trash.
(k)Rubbish.
( l ) Radioactive waste materials.
(m)Discarded, nonbiodegradable materials including plastics or damaged or broken marine equipment.
