In addition to the fees authorized to be levied pursuant to Section 115065, the department may, by regulation, set fees to be paid for the disposal in the state of low-level radioactive waste, set in an amount sufficient to pay the costs of the regulatory activities specified in paragraphs
(2)and
(3)of subdivision
(E)of Article 4 of the Southwestern Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact, as specified in Section 115255.
