“Absence of conflicting information relative to parentage” as used in Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 102625) or Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 103225) means the absence of conflicting information relative to the existence or nonexistence of a parent and child relationship, as this term is defined in subdivision
(b)of Section 7601 of the Family Code, and includes entries such as “unknown,” “not given,” “refused to state,” or “obviously fictitious names.”
