§ 53313.9

(a)All or any part of the cost of any school facilities financed by a community facilities district may be shared by the State Allocation Board pursuant to Section 17718.5 of the Education Code.
(b)If the State Allocation Board shares in any part of the cost of the school facilities, the ownership of those facilities and the real property upon which the facilities are located shall be held as provided in the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998 (Chapter 12.5 (commencing with Section 17070.10) of Part 10 of Division 1 of the Education Code).
(c)The resolutions of intention, formation, consideration, and to incur bonded indebtedness, adopted pursuant to subdivision
(b)of Section 53338 or Sections 53321, 53325.1, 53334, 53339.2, 53345, and 53351 may provide for cost sharing by the State Allocation Board and for appropriate adjustment of the principal amount of any bond issue or issues and of the rate and method of apportionment of any special tax.
