§ 15799.6

If the board determines that an emergency public works plan is necessary, the board shall submit the plan annually to the Governor in time for incorporation into his or her economic report to the Legislature as required by Section 15901. The report shall identify and describe each project contained in the plan with at least the following information:
(a)The nature of the project and the public purpose to be served.
(b)The location of the project.
(c)The minimum number of days following assurance of funding required to begin onsite labor on the project.
(d)The cost of the project and possible sources of funds.
(e)The projected costs of maintenance and operation of the product of such a project upon completion, and the source of funds for such maintenance and operation.
