§ 11125.8

(a)Notwithstanding Section 11131.5, in any hearing that the California Victim Compensation Board conducts pursuant to Section 13963.1 and that the applicant or applicant’s representative does not request be open to the public, no notice, agenda, announcement, or report required under this article need identify the applicant.
(b)In any hearing that the board conducts pursuant to Section 13963.1 and that the applicant or applicant’s representative does not request be open to the public, the board shall disclose that the hearing is being held pursuant to Section 13963.1. That disclosure shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of subdivision
(a)of Section 11126.3.
