The director may upon his own motion, and shall upon the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions of any dairy produce exchange and may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke any license which is issued pursuant to this chapter if the licensee is guilty of any of the following:
(a)Failure to supply all the information which is required by subdivisions a, b, c, and d of Section 57132.
(b)Making any false statement or misrepresentation of fact to the director.
(c)Fraud or deception in the application for or procurement of a license.
(d)Any other conduct, whether of the same or a different character than the conduct which is specified in this section, which is unlawful.
(e)Violation of any law or ordinance of the state or any city or county or the rules of the Federal Trade Commission which govern unfair trade practices in the handling of butter, cheese, or eggs.
