Notwithstanding Section 12002, the punishment for
(1)a second or subsequent violation of Section 1602 or 1605 on the same project or streambed alteration agreement;
(2)each violation of Section 2270, 2271, 6400, 6400.5, 15202, 15509, or 15600; or
(3)each violation of any regulation adopted pursuant to Section 15510, is a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed one year, or both the fine and imprisonment.
