This part shall not apply to a contract for vlogging services between a minor and their parent or guardian only if a court approves the contract pursuant to subdivision
(a)of Section 6751. In determining whether to approve such a contract, the court shall consider whether the terms of the contract are at least as beneficial to the minor as the compensation the minor would otherwise receive under this part.
