Notwithstanding anything in Section 13109 to the contrary, and to facilitate compliance with Section 13206, the elections official may list the offices specified in subdivision
(h)of Section 13109 directly after the offices specified in subdivisions
(a)and
(b)of Section 13109, when the offices specified in those subsections are on the ballot, or at the end of the ballot in elections at which the offices specified in subdivisions
(a)and
(b)of Section 13109 are not listed on the ballot.
