§ 51225.9

Notwithstanding any other law, if a pupil completed a career technical education course, between July 1, 2022, and the effective date of this section, that met the requirements of subparagraph
(E)of paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(a)of Section 51225.3, as that section read on June 30, 2022, that course shall be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of subparagraph
(E)of paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(a)of Section 51225.3.
