§ 47607.5

(a)Except for charter schools authorized pursuant to Section 47605.6, if either a school district governing board or a county board of education, as a chartering authority, does not grant a renewal to a charter school pursuant to Section 47607 or 47607.2, the charter school may appeal the decision pursuant to the procedures pertaining to a denial of a petition for establishment of a charter school, as provided in subdivision
(k)of Section 47605 for review in accordance with Section 47607.
(b)The requirements of this section shall not be waived by the state board pursuant to Section 33050 or any other law.
