(4)of subdivision
(a)of Section 2574, subparagraph
(B)of paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(c)of Section 2574, subdivision
(b)of Section 2575.1, paragraph
(2)of subdivision
(d)of Section 42238.02, and subdivision
(b)of Section 42287 shall instead be zero.
