Notwithstanding any other law, a local educational agency may recognize for budgetary and financial reporting purposes any amount of state allocations described in paragraph
(1)of subdivision
(b)of, or subparagraph
(A)of paragraph
(4)of subdivision
(d)of, Section 41206.04 in the fiscal year in which it was received.
