Notwithstanding subdivision
(b)of Section 11125 of the Government Code, when the board provides information on its Internet site, that is available to subscribers to the extent permitted by law, concerning an agenda item, it shall provide the same information that is otherwise provided to board members. Nothing in this section is intended to require the board to provide any additional printed or electronic information beyond that which it would otherwise make available to the public at the open session.
