(a)No school district, county board of education, or county superintendent of schools shall expend any public funds on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
(b)If an employee of a school district or county educational agency requests and is erroneously granted a reimbursement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages in violation of subdivision
(a)of this section, the employee may refund the reimbursement.
